Engineering HIQuad systems with ELOP IIThis course will focus on the ELOP II programming tool. Since this tool is used with the HIQuad product family, the first portion of the course will focus on familiarization with HIQuad. Students will learn how to configure and use HIQuad systems including onboard diagnostic capabilities. The balance of the course will focus on the ELOP II tool itself. By the end of the course, students will be able to create, develop, and test ELOP II programs. This includes hardware and software configuration capabilities and the use of the IEC 61131 programming methodologies. The diagnostic capabilities of ELOP II will be explored and students will learn how to use those capabilities to troubleshoot the hardware and the application. Students who successfully complete the training will be able to create, implement, and support ELOP II programs on HIQuad systems
